PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE



Defition of present continuous tense is – It used for showing the activities wich are happening how

The form or present continues tense
~ Positive sentence- S + to be (is, am, are) + V1 + ing + O + Complement (ket. Tambahan)
   Ex: - We are listening English right now
   -She is listening to the theacher now
   -He is sitting in the back now
~ Negative sentence – S + to be(is, am, are) + not+ V1 + ing + O + C
   Ex : - We are not studying engslih right now
   -She isn’t listening to the teacher now
   -He isn’t sitting in the back now
~ Interrogative sentence – To be (is, am, are) + S + V1 + ing + O + C
   Ex : - are we studying English right now?
   -Is she listening the teacher now?
   -Is he sitting in the back now?

The adverb of time Present continuous tense- Now, right now, at present, at this moment.

The exeption of adding –ing:
~ The letter wich have suffix –e, the –e is eliminated then add by –ing
   Ex : write- writing, take- taking, save- saving, etc
~ The last letter wich have consonant but before it is vowel (hrf. Vocal) the consonant (hrf. Mati) has to be doubled

  Ex : Sit- Sitting, die- dying, put- putting, lie- lying, etc
